Letting this sink in I think I'm optimistic. I'm not sure Doug can be the puppet that Tej likes to have. So will Tej let Doug change things and let him run the book with integrity & class? Or does Doug get the early Tej puppet treatment and says screw this and bolts?

I think that is the question and now we will work on the answer.
