Some body tried to stiff me on a fantasy football league that money was involved. I paid the winners their share and the guy kept telling me he would pay me. Saw him three years later at a girl's birthday party that we were both friends of. We acted cool like it never happened, I got a few drinks in me and walked up to him.
We were all sitting at a huge table that the bar had set up for us, so everyone in the party saw this. I slapped him on the back of the head and said "where's my money bitch?!" He replied "you still worried about that $50? Why don't your forget it like I did?" I said "I don't care about the money it's the whole principle of the matter." Meanwhile everyone in the party is quiet and looking at us. Then some girls yell in "why don't you forget about it, it's not like you need the $50." I yell back "you give me $50 then and I will" They don't reply. He asks me if I am going to kick his ass for $50 and I tell him "I don't know, are you going to give me my money?" He pays me right there and I go back to my seat. My friends are giving me high fives for telling me that was awesome. Long story short I am now sleeping with the b-day girl. And no one at that table is friends with that dead beat. I thought I was being an asshole but I stood up for what was right and the right won. Honest to god true story.

so not only did i win a bet and not get paid, but they took 30 from me when i bet it and i never even got THAT back.

so yeah, SBR stiffed me.

p.s. i still am actually a little pissy about this. i asked several times, but was on vacation when it happened so didn't get real detailed. i had made the 'any other conviction' (which was the clear winner) and 30 points was taken from my total and was under 'open bets' for a week or two before the final result. when it happened, the bet was never paid, never showed up in my betting history and disappeared from my open bets all at once.

i feel like sbr owes me 61.5 points.
