I heard some guys from my area talking about being in Vegas recently during a hot halter top wearing weekend and they were debating what percentage of women there had breast implants.They were going by age brackets and figured even the 18 to 23 year olds were in high numbers let alone the over 30 crowd.They said it was an epedemic.
