OK,I sounded like an ass on my header using the baby needs a new pair of shoes comparison to spending money on gambling.
So has anyone here ever spent some real foolish money of any kind such as buying a lavish gift for some broad that didn't appreciate it fully where you said to yourself,I could have made a sports bet with that money.
The one I say that's the biggest waste of money is going to a pro sports game where you take someone or a couple people and buy the food and pay for the parking etc.At the end of the game you say to yourself,I could have taken the money I spent and bet it on the game at home and watched it on tv in my sweats and t-shirt drinking 50 cent cans of beer.
Going out to the bars and clubs=same deal where you get nothing out of it where you could have taken the money and made a sports bet.
Why does gambling get such a bad rap for spending money on when there are a hell of allot of other worthless things to spend money on where at least in gambling you stand a chance of winning.
So has anyone here ever spent money on something worthless where they thought to themselves afterward that they could have spent the money on a bet?
How about the reverse where anyone here ever spent money gambling when they needed to buy something essential for their well being?Anyone have the balls to say they skipped a car payment or didn't buy baby a new pair of shoes because they used the shoe money placing a bet?
