Do you guys change up your betting routine coming off the break? Meaning maybe smaller bets? Or is this a good time to bet dogs?

#8not a big fan of this 1st series back, really no way to cap which players are still mentally checked out and who comes back ready to get to work. dont get me wrong ill make a few plays but for .5 unit tops until i get a feel back for it. do agree with Balty Gee, possibly fish as well as Anabal is better on long rest while Garza has struggled on 6 days rest. the only other gm that interest me is Rox but not sure im ready to trust them enough to lay the juice, especially with how inexplicably bad Jimenez has been at home. Rox do have very solid numbers in limited abs against Gallardo, and Crew is gonna have to prove to me they can win a road gm.Comment -

#14I/O You sure do like to bet some stink rabid dogs man. Hope for your bank roll that it turns. But realistically as they get ready to race for the post season the favorites will pound the dogs. To answer the OP, I will be playing single play a day till August rolls in.Comment -

Or maybe its his first year betting bases
Either way, end of August/September is where bases becomes almost unbettable. Make your money now while you can.Comment -

#24The smart play is to take it easy...but the degenerates have a hard time with that after a layoff like the all-star break.Comment -

#33I have no idea what I'm talking about....with that said
It might be a good idea to pay attention, at least till the trade deadline hits, to players (ESPECIALLY pitchers and top tier players) that are very likely to be moved. Tonight, an example would be Garza coming off prolly his worst start of the year and a hot commodity.
Also, many players know they are playing for their future or are auditioning for their next team either this season or next season.
Also, IMO, veteran heavy teams (not yearly beasts like the Yanks/Boston) that are shitting the bed this season most likely won't get better all the sudden. The White Sox are an example. These teams are prolly more likely to be sellers. You got veterans that know they might move and you got veterans that know they are on the Titanic. Not only will the team not go anywhere this year, but the future might be a rebuild. These fuks haven't played up to expectations to this point. They don't have the youthful rah rah drive. They won't listen to coaching and change any of the shit they've been doing wrong to get to this point.Comment -
