Just get a FLIP ULTRA HD. I have had a few and I would say buy the bigger model, not the Mino.
Not sure what JJ has but that's the one that has treated me best.

I have the same camera. Great little camcorder. Very easy to use.
Probably can find Flip's fairly cheap now. Cisco is shuttering the business. Not even going to sell it off, simply closing down the manufacturing. They feel the smartphone segment is simply too difficult to compete against in this market.
