Lack of funding options can make players leave their balances higher than they normally do. A lot of books like SBG will not scam small players with a few hundred bucks. But if the player hits a hot streak then the lower rated books start figuring out a way not to pay.

If you work your balance up a few dimes at a C rated book or lower then get a withdraw going.

I dislike bonuses in general, I think most recreational and even some bigger players dislike the idea of rollovers.
