The problem with self-help books is that you go from one to the next, and never really apply what has been hopefully learned. People want to read a book and be changed, without having to put in any further effort. If you want a good life (or a good anything) you'll probably have to work hard for it. Nothing good comes easy, except when fading Brandon Lang.
