Help me Mods! Trivia problem!

Answered the first two questions right last night and received an error message. It shows in my trivia log that I got the questions right but I have not received points yet. If any mod could help or point me to someone I could PM directly I would appreciate it very much. Thank you!

how did you receive trivia question often. i just got one time and never get another pop trivia since last three weeks?
