Have always had that, believe the hold is just on deposited funds and you can pull winnings at any time though. Used to play there but got sick of the telemarketing so axed them. Prob lost 2k there back when I was a beginner.

They 100% have the funds to pay no question. SOlid financially. Have heard a few small payout disputes in the past with regards to Cred cd verification. If you deposit with, or have ever deposited with a card you must send a form for each one no matter how old or they may not payout. Other than that never heard of any real issues and I personally never had an issue other than NONSTOP telemarketing. GL.
