    Hi all, i am new on this forum and i am seeking for help on a problem.
    One month ago i won on party casino (with Gamebookers) the amount of nearly 5,000 euros playing the slot machines. I decided to
    cash it out to my **** account. I received the confirmation email by gamebookers stating that the transaction had been proccesed succesfully and tha i should allow 2 business days for the money to be credited to my account. 2 weeks later the money was srill not there so i contacted them and they asked for a bank statement of 2 weeks, as well as a letter from the bank confirming that they had not received the money. They also provided me with an ART 23digit
    number which should supposingly help the bank trace the money from their end. The bank told me that the number was useless and that they need the swift order of gamebookers proving that they deposited the money. Gamebookers refuse to do any of it, they have all the proof they asked for but refuse to answer to my last 2 emails and the bank cannot do anything. Any ideas?

    I have started to lose hope so any ideas are more than welcome.

    Welcome to the SBR forum Nanoux. To be honest I'm not sure how to answer your question, I'm sure Bigboydan or others will be here to assist you shortly.

    Something I can suggest is filling out an SBR complaint form.
