Home Run Derby - Swing Off HR question

I bet on Ortiz vs Gonzalez 1st round HR total at Sportsbook.com. MLB.com says had Ortiz 5* and Gonzalez had 9. The astrix next to Ortiz was for the 4 he hit in the swing off. If Sportsbook.com didn't have any mention of walk off HR's should it be a tie since Ortiz did in fact hit 9 HR's in round 1?
