few reasons, good weather for hitters, the park its in, Backe is getting rocked recently, Baltimore has not been involved in a game with less than 9 runs scored in about two weeks and has played better pitching/worse batting teams, olson is hit or miss, its in an AL park so Houston wont have to bat their pitcher, Both pitchers have a tendency to walk a large number of batters and more less significant but insightful reasons as well

i took the under...10 is a lot of runs and both teams have been having high scoring games the past week or so...their bats have to cool off sometime...GL though
