Not directly answering your question, but may I make a suggestion? Deposit new funds in another book and have two outs. Line/juice may be different from one book to the other. One book may be down when you want to place a bet and you have any other option. Multiple outs helps in this game.

Nothing wrong with them, I just can't use them anymore to go Pro because they are already my existing book.
I have to get a new book, which is giving me a hard time to for all this bullshit I am going through.

Every book that accepts USA players would make you rollover your deposit before cashing out. Otherwise, they are just a source for money laundering.

Just roll it over once and you'll get your money promptly
