        As had been pointed out...
        #1. He was fired (or at least made an offer that the Yankees management knew he had to refuse which, at the end of the day, is essentially the same thing).

        #2. The Dodgers have a team with a lot more upside than the Yankees do right now.

        #3. And I suspect the Dodgers paycheck cashes just fine!

            Dodgers are stupid for hiring him.

            He can't manage worth a shit. When your team can't score, you have to try and manufacturer runs, not sit there with your legs crossed, picking your nose. And what's up with leaving relievers in until they give up 5 runs?????

            He's actually making Grady Little look like a genius.

              There's no fun being a Yankee when your team can't win. He was handcuffed by that roster. Not saying LA is much better, but he can manage again. The Steinbreiner's meddling is not easy to be around, either - and that deal they offered him was an ABSOLUTE disgrace.
