What happened to the old SBR odds?

The old version was MUCH better.

The new version does not have odds for Pinny MLS even though they have been up for days. No line history for Pinny WNBA.

Plus it keeps making my browser crash.

Please bring back the old version.

yesterday was a very sad day at sbr. it marked the end of an era and the end of a great odds service. i begged billy boy to give us the option of both, and he ditched it. i tried and tried to get used to the new one, and i just can't. i hate it. everything i want in a service, this dont have. i tried following the scores yesterday and i got dizzy. it is so tough to follow. all fonts are same and color too. it was tough to see who was on base, how many outs.. you had to really look good.. try looking at 12 scores.. you can't follow it easily like the other. you have to really look good. also, i had 7 bets only.. before, i can save those 7 games and have only those games appear by putting a checkbox on them. now we can't. i had to search through my 7 games and 14 other games to find my scores.. also, when i used to click on a line before, i'd get the lines history of all.. runline, ml's, and totals.. now, you have to press 3 different lines to get all 3 history's.. (RL, ML, and totals).. and it's all in 1 very small box.. i don't like this new odds. billy, pls bring back the old one again.

couldn't believe when Dax informed me in chat that the old odd's page was no longer an option... I get they want the flashy odd's page and shit but at least give us the option to use the one that's more effective and user friendly... I could rip through the old page in no time checking rls, mls, and totals all in a singe look now it takes 5 minutes (that's if it doesn't freeze up on you) just to look at all lines for a single game.... I don't have 3 hours to check every game on this new page every night, waste of time IMO.

it only takes you 5 min to look through line history. you're a lightweight.. imagine me... there are nights i have 9 ml's, 5 rl's and 8 totals.. i have to click 22x for this and this can take me 25 min to do each night.. i always look at line historybefore, this would take me 4 min to do.. now 25 min.. and then we get that small little box that you can barely see, and scroll down.. omg, and what about when NCAAF and NCAAB start??? it will take me 1 hr a day to search through line histories..

billy, pls bring back the old one and save me a headache and save me also 400 hrs/yr of extra work.. even a book like betphoenix, who upgraded 1 yr ago, allowed me the option to use the old version, and i loved it.. if BP can do it, so can SBR..

I hear ya guys but it's not just a site where we can flip a switch and be on with a godaddy acct. The old odds platform used 7 servers (and would need more) and ran through bandwidth like an hummer runs through gas. It wasn't scalable. To fix or add something like new sportsbook odds or the future dynamic betting spreadsheet, it takes 6x longer than it would for a modern platform. It was a good product for its time and got us to this point but...Im sorry guys, she's gone from old age.



That said, we can do a tribute to her. We're going to do a skin option for the guys that prefer the colors and controls. You'll never have to fully say goodbye. It should be about a week.



If you liked something the old odds had, or any odds program has as a feature or interface, the best thing to hammer on is your update request. Regardless of styles, the new odds are more accurate, faster, and will be near mistake proof. New people who now see it on www.sbrforum.com are making it the most popular feature we have and we are going to keep adding to it. We'll be starting a wiki like Google projects have and you can see where your favorite upgrades are in the queue. You will like the rebuild better.

no problem billy boy. thanks for the free service. it's still good.. but if old one is costly, then i understand. and i can get used to the layout over time... if you can get only 1 thing like before, then this service will be great.. when i click on the line, before i would get the history of all the rl's, ml's and totals of that game of that book.. all on 1 screen.. now i have to switch pages each time, then click each one, one at a time.. and soooooooo time consuming....if you can do this like before, great.. if you can't.. no problem.. thanks again.

this, if you can bring back this one area: the ability to look at all 3 on a single click... I too can deal with the other areas of the new page I don't like and will even BS myself into liking it all and go as far as touting the new page.

we want the same thing. icer, you know what this all feels like?? it's like going out with a girl for 5 yrs that you loved so much, then having her break up with you... and now you are going out with another girl who is nothing like her. your ex gf was great for you. you loved everything about her.



This new SBR is like this.. it's like the new GF that is nothing like your old GF, and you miss her each day. The new GF cannot ever replace the old one.. just like this new SBR odds..

billy boy, just bring back the whole odds history of 1 book on 1 click.. not 8 clicks. thanks.
