Fuzzy's table Thursday includes pro-player Kevin Saul (who is 2nd place in the entire tournament)!!

I would think since he hasn't posted his name after all the posts asking for it, then you already have the answer.

Kinda funny though, like you said, its simple to look up his name, but they don't want to do it.
