    I suck at MLB Overs/Unders!!!
Today I chose Cubs/Nats Under and the score is tied 8-8, so obviously I lost.

Even by going with what the line says, I pay attention to movement and hit the line that moved and every fukcing time I play it, it loses....
    Anyone else have bad luck?

I usually take sides. Just recently taking overs. Not bad so far.

you might wanna take a look at lta's thread in the nba section, he killed nba playoffs in totals and is very good at mlb totals but lately he is cursed by bad luck but he will make you profit in a week

What is your sample size? If you play lines at books that move the line slowly when everyone else has changed it, you will win in the long term.

it certainly is a frustrating bet to watch. rooting for both teams to score or not score never seems to work out. bet sides and relax (road team dogs are always undervalued).

totals for most part are for suckers

a small % of players that are sophisticated types hold their own only

I play a LOT of totals and do a lot better by far. The key for me in totals is finding out how a teams specific hitters have done against the specific pitcher and not just overall stats. Since line ups change so often it's almost useless to see how a pitcher has done against a "team" in previous matchups if it's not the same season.

If a teams starting lineup is hitting .210 against a specific pitcher, but .280 overall and that team just scored 10+ runs the line will be setup pretty high. The key is you need to go with the .210 stat and take the under as the game may end up 4-1.

                                teams that go under

teams that go under often are seatle angels padres giants oakland philies when rheses teams playing each other almost 80 percent of the time they go under

                                      honestly....

If you take some of the teams on the west coast...you go under ...the parks are huge and favor the pitchers big time...

                                      OAKLAND
                                      SEATTLE
                                      SF

Etc....and jet lag East team coming in always goes under....typically the pitching for those three teams are above average which adds to the mix of an UNDER Collecting on UNDERS when these teams play East Coast teams is like taking candy from a baby

                                      GOLD !

Overs....Play in Bean Town in that pill box and excellent Red Sox Hitters....play Overs in Camden Yards too....ball flys out ....

Overs and Unders are easy...depending on the field...

Baseball totals can be tough. One swing of the bat or one big strikeout can throw it all off.
