Can someone help me get a good deal on airfare for Thursday?

I need to go from Houston to Vegas on Thursday. I will make it a one way trip most likely, but if you find a killer deal on roundtrip, then make the return on Tuesday the 12th.


I may not use the final leg of the reservation though.


Also, I can leave Houston until after 9am cst on Thursday.


If you can find something that I use that beats $280 from USAIRWAYS one way for Thursday, then you can have 25 points

Does anyone use the HOTWIRE service where you pay a low price, but you have no idea when your flight leaves or airline before you pay?


I would use that service, but I CANNOT leave before 9am and there is a flight or 2 that leave at 6am

The $283 was one way travel. I know that I could get a decent deal on roundtrip, but I am not sure of when I will come back if ever
