Does SBR add something to Pinnacles URL when u go to Pinnacle?

When i put in the URL for Pinnacle, some sbreview tag appears at the end of the URL. Do I have to manually remove that?

They do it. Most websites use the tag to track where the traffic came from. The more advanced systems show the user only the url without the tag at the end... Same as if someone has a link on their site to ebay or Amazon.
