yea no tulo or cargo. cargo has the hurt wrist from runnin into the wall he was carted off but xrays were negative, tulo has a right quad strain put hes out tonight. so id be careful with this

Dont disagree, wouldnt call it a absolute but in theory yes. Just saying that i would wait because the line should only go up, betting them now kills the value you are looking for, line been rising all morning so id at least hold off until it seems to top out.

you have the rockies most consistent pitcher on the mound at +130. i know they have some injuries but remember bench players usually step up and play well when they get a starting chance...on any one day they can go 3-4 with 2 doubles. this happens all the time in situations like this. i am not sure if i will actually play this games, but you gotta be lookin' rockies here.

you've got the right idea but i think it only works in combination with other factors. say if the rockies had a garbage pitcher tonight, there's no doubt in my mind they would be a good play. But with chacin out there I'm not sure that the line gets pushed enough out of whack based on those guys being out because chacin will attract money on his own. If anything, Tulowitzki's value is probably underrated by the general public. Also, the line went from from -127 to -130 pretty soon after tulo got hurt and then -133 by the end of the game. Herrera is a dead average replacement player on defense and offense. I don't know how much Tulo is worth, but I would've guessed more than 6 cents especially with Chacin being a top 3 GB pitcher

Yeah that is insane... i think some people really over think things.... No Tulo , No Cargo? that Rockies offense becomes pretty weak.

You both make very good points, but the braves, NOR the Rockies are the play here, the play is clearly the UNDER. Because of the points that have been made here. Also not to nitpick but until the Braves do it in the postseason, the GIANTS still have the best STAFF top to bottom the ATL.
