That place rents for 12k a month and it's about 1100 square feet, isn't that some insane shit? It's all about the view and area you get in this city.

Holy sh*t that is insane would never pass for 12k over here maybe 2k/month tops 3k if its elegant but this is North Jersey, there is no view/location start going south along the shore line though and you will see some top-priced property beautiful homes I have a beach house in Belmar NJ and I love it absolutely beautiful. Wish the beaches were like island beaches though, NJ has some of the dirtiest beaches and the atlantic ocean is disguesting.

It's insane... Pacific Heights/Cow Hollow has some of the most expensive real estate around.... I came from Santa Barbara which is very expensive but it can't even compare to the prices out here. There are homes that are 20-40 million dollars and if you were to see them you would scratch your head... It's all about the view and location.... I was shocked when I found out what prices are around here.... I pay 3,100 a month for a tiny little place but I can look at the Golden Gate Bridge......parking spaces in my building are 325 a month.... it's crazy here... It's all about 3 things Location Location Location..
