How was USA cocky? People keep saying this without backing it up.

I did not see a single post from a USA team member about how USA was sure to win, they were much better, etc.

The SBR book linemakers created a perception that USA was much better by installing them as a huge favorite.

Nothing to feel sorry for. I think USA had a solid team but in four days of poker, anything can happen. There's plenty of good players on the teams.
