Your best bet is to send an email to forum@sbrforum.com. Everyone with access to the racebook will see it and someone will be able to assist you with your issue.

Hi guys,

We're upgrading our servers on Friday, July 8th. We expect the process to be about 1.5 weeks, give or take a couple days. You won't have access to SBR Poker or the SBR Sportsbook during this time.

As a result of that, there will be no lines offered today in the SBR Sportsbook. If you wish, you may withdraw your sportsbook points to your forum wallet prior to today at 3PM EDT. Points not withdrawn will be 100% safe, however you won't be able to access them until the sportsbook is back online.

10 days to upgrade a server? Are you having somebody take a bus to the states to pick one up and bring it back down?

Is that what these ticos told you how long it'll take to do an upgrade? It's really 1 day to do the upgrade, 6 days to source the parts from their friend's uncle's dentist that has a neighbor who likes to tinker with computers, and a few days to celebrate and pat themselves on the back for a job well done.

Thanks for the heads up. I can only hope the Poker software improves on my end. I think every tournament I was kicked out once at some point.

That is the plan. This major move will upgrade to the latest hardware as well as more consistent bandwidth.

This is basically a complete upgrade and systems overhaul. Poker will be a major beneficiary.

Just a thought. You guys need to get rid of the current SBR book lines that it get from bookmaker. If you got a different "feed" from say 5 dimes or Pinny that offered many options, the book would thrive and you would have guys banging down the door betting a lot more points and business would boom.
