First off,glad to hear you are doing ok.Aren't you pissed that someone did this to you?You sound sort of so be it about it.The local tazer squad ''cops''are never going to find the guy that t-boned you.I would go out and hire a Jim Rockford if I were you.Angel or Huggy Bear will put the word out on the street and the guy will be caught in no time.Chances are that the guy was high on crack without even liability car insurance so it will be like trying to get blood out of a turnip as far as compensation goes.At least you will have the satisfaction that the person gets in a jam and maybe serves some time.If they are insured,play it to the hilt and go to some quack chiropractor and the settlement will put you in gambling funds for awhile.Just don't go to the chiropractor in LA that didn't have a license and worked out of his garage and broke a guys neck and killed him this weekend.

Sorry to hear about this buz-man. Shit you live in Canada also where the drivers are usually courteous about people crossing the road. Here in the Mid-Atlantic or North Eastern United States, what happened to you wouldn't have been surprising because it is the duty of every driver to chase pedestrians back up on the sideway where they belong. I venture into Canada atleast 6 times a year and I have been stopped by the Moose Patrol once for not yielding the right of way for people in the cross walk. The dude let me off with a warning, but if I actually hit someone, I would have stopped and stole his wallet.
Just kidding, I would have felt terrible and helped the person.

I was crossing Jays avenue in Toronto with a sea of other people. We had the walk signal. A young crazy girl of 20 or so ran a red light in her Nissan versa and hit me and one other dude, sending us in the air and onto the curb. I'm lucky to be alive and am shocked nothing was broken. Let's hope the concussion gave me some sort of sixth sense so as to make me clairvoyant. No more losing bets. LOL!Comment -
