I want Tiger Woods to get embarrassed today. I am so sick of this guy. If you even out equipment and technology Tiger wouldn't be able to carry Jack's Jock Strap. Tiger is a Par 5 Phenom. He is something like-11 on par 5's and +8 on the rest of the holes. NBC and ESPN have made a built in excuse for this guy with the injury. If he was truly hurt as bad as they make it out, SHUT IT DOWN. The fact that he basically only plays Majors and his sponsored tournaments is a DISGRACE. I wish he played in a different era when the competition was better. You would think he has already won the tournament. It's a Win Win for him. If he loses he was injured. If he wins it's the supposed greatest thing in history. SICK !!!!

I'm starting to see your only bright idea was holding that sign up at the game.

Jack was a par 5 monster back in his day, if he wasn't so long would not have dominated like he did as his short game left much to be desired, Tiger is like Jack in all respects except he possesses a much stronger short game than Jack ever had. I have followed Tiger at Bay Hill in 2001 and his talent is inhuman, he is 13-0 with a lead going into sunday in majors b/c he is flat out twice as good as anyone else on the planet, he is the best golfer of all time period and his record will soon surpass that of Nicklaus who played against fields that weren't a tenth as deep as Tiger tees it up against, b/c back then if you weren't in the top 20 in the world you could barely pay your travel expenses and feed yourself. Sam Snead won the British Open around 1940 and didn't win enough to cover his expenses for the week.

I respectfully disagree with the fact that todays fields are better than Jack's. That just isn't true. How you can say Jack's short game wasn't good is crazy. Jack was a superior putter and a more likable guy. How many 2nd places in majors does he have. i will have to look that up. If you gave Jack the same clubs and the same weight rooms and personal chefs and G4 Jets it would be no contest Pal. I'm sorry you just can't compare the two.

If you offered all those things to the other players the field would be better as well, keep drinkin pal

Like I said yesterday, the squares are on Tiger today. I love Tiger but all the signs were pointing that he would not be able to pull this off. He had to have miraculous shots to be in the lead going into today and has had knee problems the whole tournament. This was one was easy guys, should have faded Tiger today.

Tied for first even though he's putting worst he ever has, fading Tiger in this situation proves you have a single digit IQ

Everyone wants Tiger to win for commercial purposes. The same way NBA wants Lakers-Celtics, NFL wants Pats-Giants and MLB wants the Yankees and Mets in finals. It's getting so commercialised that is not fun listening to the announcers anymore.

True. But if this fracas keeps going on you will never seen another american kid emerge in golf for another 20 years.
