Yeah by the looks of it, murder 1 isn't happening. The 4 counts of false information is an automatic as the defense attorneys already gave that up. I'm thinking mostly likely aggravated manslaughter will be the verdict. I'm curious as to how long the jury will actually deliberate as closing statements are Sunday so deliberation could begin late Sunday or early Monday which is July 4th. I'm sure the jury just wants to get the hell outta there at this point especially with the holiday here.

I thought in FL, that murder 1 could be extreme child neglect.

Defense has been terrible, a good team could have got her off easy with all the circumstantial evidence and the fck up job on the autopsy. Still, it's obvious she did it but they haven't proved that she has so I doubt she gets 1st degree.

The bet should be cancelled really. There are seven different charges against her, and only one count is for murder. So that basically makes the field an automatic lock, even if the 1st degree murder bet wins.
