Gay sports leagues are now using a 'straight cap' and it's being argued in court due to discrimination.

"Gay" leagues (what happened to wanting to be equal, got marriage in NY now so why be hypocrites) are now kicking people off the teams or taking them behind closed doors and inquiring about their sexual interests in order to determine if they are 'gay enough' by a "...predominantly amount of same sex partners while sexually active"

As a straight man....I feel hurt by this.........why are these hate mongers so anti-heterosexual....they should be boycotted and disbanded.....equal rights to ALL sports....where is the ACLU when we need them?

Nothing really new here. When i was in middle school and high school they had a black basketball league, and wouldn't let any white people join. I forgot what it was for, probably some disadvantage NAACP stuff.

It's not about being 'gay haters'....it's about constantly calling for the same things as others...and now doing the same discrimination as they were trying to abolish.

What someone does on their own time is one thing but don't tell me "you have to do this and that because of me and if you don't you're a bigot" and then when I see the same person and attempt to join them in a non sexual event such as baseball...I'm told "sorry, you can't play because you aren't one of us"

What's the test to prove you are gay if for example you are straight and try to join the team? Do they bring a naked female stripper and check to see if you get an erection followed by a male stripper to test your if your erection was harder?

Apparently, no joke, if there is a doubt, they take people in a room and ask them who their partners are and verify the sexual activity...if some of the named people say 'yes he smoked my sausage a few times but he likes girls too"...it goes to a ratio vote. I don't think anyone would condone any of the things you mentioned. The point I was stunned at is that a league - whatever the guidelines - would think it's ok to grill players on their sexual behaviour in 2011. It doesn't matter the composition of the league; that would surely fall under discrimination and harassment as well. Or at least I assume it would. Guess I'll have to see how the case plays out.

I think everyone should play in the same league...gay, straight, black, white, woman, man. If you are not good enough, you are inferior, and don't make the team. Then, you go join some beer league. It is not 'equal' otherwise.
