This isn't cool man. Rod gave you perfectly good service and you refused to listen to what he was telling you.
SBR uses professional software (Digital Gaming Solutions). DGS is used by many, many sportsbooks in the industry. Wagers don't just up and disappear. It sounds like you were one click too short, or perhaps your internet spiked at the moment, anything could have happened but the fact remains:
1. The wager is not in the system.
2. There was never a ticket produced because even if one was somehow 'deleted', it would not physically disappear from the log.
3. Please refrain from insulting staff and fellow posters.Comment -

i've had this happen a couple of times with me in real books. i couldve swore i put the bet in but come the morning, turns out no trace of wager. of course i won the bet and thought all kind of angry conspiracy shit. then another time it happened again, only this time it saved me from a loss. after that i knew i was just not being as careful as i thought. ever since then, i've always took a screen shot after every bet. come on man..you really come off as a huge douche over 70 pts.Comment -

when you post a play it gives you a tracking number. SBR software can make mistakes but you have to at least have a leg to stand on. keep your tracking numbersComment
