Nothing against educators in general, should have said it more clearly...I'm speaking more to professors in the 'professional services' fields....Medicine, Attorneys, Business. It's no secret if you talk to them one on one that they would rather get tenure at a university and have a cozy schedule/benefits than deal with the competitiveness in their chosen fields in the real world.
