I think it needs to be changed to1 season, not 1 game. I know a Georgia Bulldog set the record with 31 in the early 2000s, so 29 in a season is pretty plausible as a record 25ish years ago

Well the problem is if it's a recurring thing for non pros and you keep winning you can't cash out the points so eventually you will have to turn Pro so you can cash out the points.
