absolutely insane that this idiot gas station runner chased and tried to jump on vehicle for 3.00 worth of lottery tickets. all he had to do if he didn't get license plate was to cancel serial numbers on tickets rendering them worthless. now he has caused his own demise and ruined the life of the guy who accidentally ran him over. (wasn't his intent i'm sure). no stinking principle is worth dying over.
