Will the US based Pros get more points since they can't buy Sportsbook Cash?

I can understand (kind of) not having sportsbook cash available to US members, but not having a freeplay available make no sense whatsoever.

BTW: How long does it take SBR lawyers to figure out that this is perfectly legal?
