Tennis players have been caught for cheating, soccer players have been caught for cheating.Rumors were swirling around that the reason Jordan started playing baseball was because he was suspended for gambling.
There is alot out there that we don't know. Years ago people were saying refs were on the take and no one believed that.Now a ref gets caught and people are starting to come around.
This isn't exactly a topic I like to talk about on here but it does happen

Not me, if I did I would bet it. Not saying it won't cash but this game is a long way from being decided. At 49 points it's on a pace to go over. Yep, a blow-out would be good for under bettors but that's a long way from being decided. No chance of me playing an under at this point, I think Boston will have a run or two before it's over. Hope you cash though if you got one.

It sometimes is obvious.Just have to watch the last couple of mins of a game and consider what the point spread is and see if anything weird happens
I remember a game like 5 years ago or so and iverson was shooting foul shots with no time left and needed to make one to put the game over and he shot them with his other hand and missed both

You see what you want to see. Gamblers see players throwing games because it's better to believe that than to believe they were on the wrong side. If a guy goes 1 for 12 from the field then he's in a slump and having a bad game, if he goes 1 for 12 when we bet on him then it's "he threw the game". The less responsibility we take when we fail the better we like it.

You saying the fix was in? If so why in hell would he make it so obvious!! A player could lose his career and millions upon millions of dollars, I'm pretty sure he would try to hide it as much as possible. Shooting with his offhand would be drawing attention to himself, why not just miss with your normal hand? When doing something against the law you do not want to do something this flagrant. The more reasonable explanation is he simply didn't give a damn about the spread, doubt he even knew what it was.

To be honest this stuff is ridiculous. No offense Staco but anyone that really believe a guy making $13.5 million a year is trying to cover a spread has some serious issues.
