Sending a valid ID matching the name you signed up on the account with if only method of w/d at this time is a bankwire? Also bank info must match account info?

the only way to stay anonymous are book locally or offshore with A+ books using CASH only

What if u moved? and never updated account info? Just asking because a friend is going thru this and it seems like the book just doesn't want to pay, but I told him everybook has same procedures these days and just send what they ask for and they will take care of it.

Never went through a situation like that before. However, I would assume that you would have to update your account info before a book processes your withdraw sir.
