Active accounts and the numbers are not as high as you think, majority of accounts at books are not active.

I doubt Jamaica has more than 500 active summer accounts

Active being the key word indeed coach. I'm sure those numbers are down during the summer months, however once football starts. Then most of those unfunded accounts will be active.
