How does the MLB commisioner allow U2 to force out the Marlins this weekend?

Marlins wouldnt have a bigger attendance than U2 if they won 110 games and it was game 7 in the world series. that being said this shouldn't happen

It's his job to make sure it doesn't happen. The Mariners get three extra home games now.

They should at least start it at 4pm PST instead of 7pm PST. Giving the players somewhat a feel of a home start time.

Bud Selig can't control what Sun Life Stadium does. It's not part of his job because again, he can't do anything about it.

I do think they could've found a better solution than moving it to Seattle, though.

Of course he can't with the signed lease the Marlins have right now.

What I'm saying is, why wouldn't MLB force it's owners to not allow outs like this? They're involved in every aspect, why not the leases? If Texas loses the West by a half a game to Seattle, I'd be pissed if I was them.
