How about $1 a channel Cable- satellite alacart choice deal.Pick what you want.
Cable and satellite tv should be where you can just pick the channels you want instead of being forced to pick packages that never suit your needs. On one package you have some of what you want but then they throw in all the filler crap that's useless.I don't want to watch the Lifetime she lady man hater club victims movies.I don't want to watch rap.I don't want to watch Benny Hym or the other 40 televangelists doing their Jimmy Swaggart money grubbing routine.

The congress and senate are in cahoots with the media companies where they don't want you to have much choice in selecting channels. They figure that if you don't like the budget packages that don't have what you want, you will go with the entire lineup of channels and pay through the nose.Even if you could pay $1 or $2 a channel with a minimum purchase of 20 channels it would be great.

Anyone have their favorite channels they would add to a 20 channel essential lineup they would want?

I don't like to limit myself to any channels that I didn't place on my ala-cart list. Sure I never watch the LOGO channel, but one day they may have a funny show that I might like to watch. I don't even know if I can limit myself to 20 channels, lets see.

espn,espn2,nfl network,E,tnt, tbs, comedy central, cnbc, fox business, link, bloomberg, hitler channel, hitler internatonal, disc, mtv, mtv2, vh-1, fuse, ifc, speed, vs. Shit I'm already over 20 channels and I really haven't even thought about it yet.

It would be nice, but revenue would be too small to sustain it under the current system. Maybe in the age of faster internet speeds it will be possible.

          focus tv

My TV bill is out of control. In my house we have 3 TVs, each with cable tv service. We get about 65 channels, but no HD programming. My husband really wants HD for his sports. Baseball season is coming and he is anxious to get it. For what I consider limited service I pay 125 dollars a month. Does that seem way too high? What is a better idea if I wanted HD??
