I actually would get both, I have a 3ds mainly because they promised Netflix streaming 3d movies. But also so I could replay the classics from my youth. The samsung is a most wanted though.

The Galaxy tab has flash player which means you can play online poker, unlike the I-pad/I-phone applications.
