    Beted deposit problem question
I made about 6 different deposits this weekend through the E-Check option on Beted and all of them went through except for one for $350.00, which my bank rejected for no particular reason other than they thought it looked like suspicious activity. I made another $200 deposit on their site after that $350 that went through my bank fine.

I have built my account to over $5K since then and was just notified by my bank today that they sent the $350.00 deposit back due to suspicious activity.

I immediately called Beted and told them my situation and that I had plenty of money available and that this was not an NSF and that is was an idiot bank employee issue. They told me to email the accounts department which I did.

They responded by telling me that the $350 would be subtracted from my balance and any winnings would be forfeited since the transaction date (whatever that means). However I did have a $200 deposit after the $350 that same day that went through fine.

What is going to happen here to my $5,000 balance on Beted when all is said and done.

    Any info would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

You are screwed! You will not see this money. Ever since echecks have come about, there have always been scammers who will come up with any excuse of why one is rejected. Beted doesnt play around with this crap. Maybe next time use western union or moneygram, and you will never have this problem

Do more research on any over seas company next time you send money...but I'm sure you know that NOW

I will take a stab at it. It sounds like you lost on your first 4/5/6 deposits, then made this $350 deposit. You won on that deposit. For whatever reason it was denied by the bank. My guess is you are S.O.L.

You could be telling the truth but you also could have been trying to dick them. That being said, I think it would revert to there rules where you forfeit the money.

If it was cancelled due to suspicious activity, why would you make a last $200 deposit? Why wouldn't you call them first and explain the situation?

Exactly, makes all those deposits, then gets lucky in the casino i assume, and then realizes that he has to make sure that deposit goes through, there is prob enough to cover the 200, but not the 350 one. I love these guys there is about 2 a month with the sad story like this. Hope at least your dreams of how you were going tospend that 5000 were nice!!

            more info

Actually, I had pending bets at the time and a 0 balance. I made a $350 deposit and put it all on one bet and lost. Deposited another $200 a couple hours later, and them some of the other pending bets came through.

I never made any money on the $350 that didn't go through and the $350 and $200 hit my bank at the same time today and one was pushed through and for some reason the $350 went back.

Sure buddy...Don't tell us tell the book I'm sure they see it that way also. Just tell them you, Charles Barkley and Pacman Jones all use the same bank account

If, and that is a HUGE if you are telling the truth, I would ask to talk to a manager there. Tell him everything you have said here, and then go on a 3 way call to your bank branch and have them tell the manager everything. If you are right they may help you, but i have read about these books getting screwed by these echecks so many times I think your chances are slim

My first assumption would be that you would forfeit your winnings, however if you wish to fill out a complaint form with your details. Then one of us will inquire to them on your behalf to investigate this matter.

                    wait to see what happens

I am going to wait and see what happens first, then I'll go from there. I've heard 2 different things from them today. A customer rep said he was speaking with the accounting department and that they would try to put it back through and that they don't clear your balance just for a failed deposit. The email from the accounting department just stated the rules/regs link that any winnings from the time of the transaction would be rolled back. However I lost on the entire 350 deposit then made another 200 and started winning from that and my pending wagers so who knows.

                      wagers, not casino wins

Here are the wins from today that got me there in case anyone cares. The blackjack at Beted is rigged, so it is impossible to win there. 12 hands in a row, and a 10 or A on 80% of the dealer hands, ridiculous.

as long as your willng to ** the money to beted and do a 1x roll over I don't see why they shouldn't honor your bets.

they get the 350.00 deposited and they get full action on that 350.00 before a payout is done. Now this is not going to happen. But thats how I see the situation. GL with it, but I think they will more than likely void your bets.
