What I didn't like about Portugal is when that guy was shut down, their #1 superstar, they looked like they struggled to get very good clean breaks. They had one or two that I remember in 1st half, until they broke the game open in 2nd half.
If he is aggressive early I think they can seize lead early, but they may put more guys on him and then leave it up to his teammates to score.Comment -

SSLP did a great job indeed. But belive me, all Europeans had the exact same bets as his. Not taking any merit, he deserves it, it's just that people who watch soccer can predict it quite well when it comes to big events. I'm 10-1 myself this euro also, only losing italy, and I'm definitly not a good capper. Euro is always easy money if you ask me (pretty much as the start of the NBA playoffs were predictable)

I didn't say I was a good capper. My point was, that betting on favorites does make you go 8-0 on an Euro2008. Like I said, I don't take any merit from SSLP. All I'm saying is that, just like he did go 8-0, a lot of europeans did also - simply because it was the right bets. Germany lost very bad today, but it was still the right play to make, because they were clearly favorites
