Twin Spires gives more stuff than the others, and has all along. Youbet and TVG have only recently given away free PP's, and those are the lower quality ones. TS gives away any PDF file PP for a track you wager on.
As to the Del Mar issue, if you live in CA it probably won't matter, you'll be able to be through any of them. If you live out of state, however, it will likely be a MAJOR problem since the THG is doing the negotiation. They have not made ONE deal yet and have stopped account wagering on major tracks like Churchill and Calder ongoing and Belmont for a brief time a while back. The TOC/Horsemen have the right to block the simulcast signal to account wagering companies if they choose, and since they are demanding nearly triple the cut of account wagering money they currently get, you see why there's a problem.
