Over/Under Indians vs. Twins

I'm leaning towards the over. Both teams have a somewhat potent offense and horrible pitching. What do you guys think?

I don't get caught up too much on historical trends, but for some reason when these two teams get together the number stays low.

14-5-1 UNDER (all of last year, and the first 4 meetings this year)

But yes, like you mentioned, with these pitchers - an OVER always deserves a look.
