SBR - Could we please clarify how many sets to make tennis match officail @ SBR book?

With Wimbleton in full throttle. I am not sure what it takes to make a match official.

Is it?

One ball served?..like BetTheRock was?

One set complete?..like 5 Dimes? ( Great for betting dogs there!!!)

Two sets complete?..Like The Greek?

Or match complete?..like Diamond?


this rule is important and will surface quite frequently during tennis tournaments.

The rule is 2 full sets to be official.

Games are official after two complete sets of play. If there is a retirement in the third set of play, action still stands."
