If the "home" team was winning and the game got suspended in the bottom of the fifth, then the game is official. Is that what happened?

Right, but 5 dimes has its own rules. It seems the OP's book uses MLB rules

Assuming your book uses MLB rules, then if a game is suspended and not completed on the original scheduled date, if the game went at least five innings (4.5 if home team is winning)then the game is official and graded based on the score at the time of the suspension, regardless of when happens when the game is concluded at a future date.

it's a tournament game, so it has to resume and not be rescheduled. I think a winner will be decieded after 9 innings weather it be today or another day. College games get rained out during the reg season, but in the tournament they need to be finished.

wow, if this happened during a MLB playoff game, I think the game is suspended until the weather is clear. I don't think MLB playoff games are called off until the full 9 innings are played. I could be wrong.
