I just don't have any confidence at all that the refs can call a legit game and not be influenced by the home crowd. The series is going 7 even though Boston is the better team. If I wasn't skeptical of Stern and his ways I'd be all over Boston +9 tonight but I can't trust the NBA one bit.

The NBA is nothing more than the WWE only it's in the form of a traditional sport. There are heels (Bruce Bowen), faces (Kobe/Lebron), the angles/storyline are pumped up by the commentators (ESPN). The agenda of the company is pushed through those very media outlets, and it's enforced by the whistle wielding, old company men in dress pants.
So the next time you see a shady, inexplicable string of events trade wise, officiating wise, just understand that it's business AND entertainment folks. Just like wrestling is. If there was no revenue sharing, and this was all street ball, we really might see who the best team is.Comment -
