Gents,

Not sure why this post has taken a negative turn. As I stated in a previous post, each situation is unique and if the client in question contacts me, I am sure we can work something out. It appears as though some may have missed that part. I understand our rules and regulations. When I refer to my casino, I am referring to my sportsbook, racebook, casino, poker room, skills game room, and play by play room. To refer to all of those as my sportsbook or my casino or my sportsbook and casino is very common in this industry, as previously mentioned by another poster.

Also, so as not to imply that this has fallen on deaf ears, my IT team is currently creating a link that will say SPORTBOOK RULES and we will copy and paste all the rules from CASINO RULES and put them there. That way if you play in the casino or sportsbook, you will have a link to check the basic rules and regulations.

That made me laugh!!! It did didnt it? it was all "oh, fair enough" and then "hey, wait a minute".

Good old Ganchrow.

Referring to all your operations as the casino is simply asking for a misunderstanding ... but you cant say fairer than listening to the problem and (if necessary) making things clearer. All books should be like this.

(My opinions are subject to complete reversal without notice or logic).
