Most of them should get real jobs where they are needed. Serving and protecting is one thing, but creating revenue full time from bull sh1t laws is another.

They should also be subject at least once a month to routine harrassment including them being roughed up by other cops to remind them what it is like when the shoe is on the other foot.
It should also be mandatory that they routinely have public gatherings, for police to meet the civilians from the area they are working in, to face any consequences or public backlash they may deserve for their fine police work.
