opinion:

Chart: This horse ran on turff on may 1 at 9-1 in a filed of 12 horses (probably was consider in the top 5 horses of that race), bumped at the start and never asked....
10 days later was 4-1 a little speed and drop back.

Handicapping / Angle: Prior this two race, horse has the best races in his life finishing third and forth, His race at 7fgs was good, good speed... Jockey removed, probably trainer unhappy and switched to another apprentice jockey (5lbs)... now 40 days layoff with the best workout of this race 101.2.. the main horse to beat in this race.

About the horse no. 8, i dislike the jockey, 0-25 this meeting.

definitely going to play him but unfortunately probably wont get anywhere near 15-1 if other people also like this horse.

pool so miniscule at philly that odds could drop considerably. Have seen 12-1Morning Line and 15-1ML shots in the past at philly go off as the favorites.
