just some of the retarded managerial moves hes made recently:

removes his ace kershaw in a 1-1 game after only 7 innings because he panics when other team brings in a pinch hitter. shitty bullpen promptly surrenders 2 runs and they lose 3-2.

losing 2-1 in the 7th, first two batters get on base. instead of bunting them over, allows a .100 batter to swing away. he strikes out and next two fly out. lost 2-1.

how did a retard like him get the 3rd most prestigious managerial job in all of baseball with 0 experience?????

Mattingly easily...Spoelstra took his team to the NBA Finals...regardless of how good his team was, he still did a good job

I havn't been following baseball lately so I can't comment on Mattingly but Spoelstra did a good job this year. The Heat were a great offensive and defensive team this year and it was just his first year after a completely revamped roster. They will repeat as the eastern conference champs next year .
